Terry died unexpectedly March 28, 2026 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born May 23, 1942 in Parkersburg, WV to the late Homer Dale and Margaret (Manley) Piatt.
A veteran of the U.S Army, Terry was a patriotic, God-fearing American who deeply loved his country.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce (Lane) Piatt; a brother, Dennis Piatt; and a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Barbara Jean; a son, Eric Lynn Piatt; and a brother, Homer D. Piatt.
