I was saddened to hear of Ray's passing! My prayer's are with Ray's family at this time. My best memories of Ray, is 55yrs ago when he & my brother Mike Glancy, built bikesin our back yard, went swimming,& played basketball in our driveway! Ray was a household fixture in our home, with a place always set at our dinner table! He never let his disabilities hold him back, if anything he grew from it! After a few years,I seen Ray as a grown man & a father of Nakesha,& Nikki on the way! Both girls were taught sign language, & had full communacation with their dad!One thing I learned though the 55yrs of knowing Ray, he loved his kids, sister's, brother's,extended family member's & his friend's!! You will be so sadly missed by all that knew & loved you!! R.I.P.my friend!!
Although we on earth are greatly saddened by your leaving us, the angels of Heaven rejoice at your coming home. The family and friends that have gone before you await you with open arms, love and peace. The beautiful brilliant light of your spirit will forever shine.
Sorry to hear of the passing of Raymond. I remember him from the old B&L Motor Freight days when he used to clean out trailers for us many moons ago. My wife worked at Kroger and also knew him. What a very friendly fellow and great to work with and was a very hard worker.
May GOD comfort the family in this difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family. Ralph & Linda Howard.
I remember you working all summer at B&L and hitchhiking to Florida for the winter. You came back the next spring looking like a Greek god....your muscular body all bronzed, blond curly hair, big blue eyes and a big grin on your face. I'll love you till the end of my days. Save a place for me up there. Love you!
So sorry to hear about the loss of your brother Raymond Dodi. May God comfort you and your family at this time.
My thoughts and prayers got out to all of Ray's family. When I heard the news of his passing, it took me back to our youth and the many good times Ray and I had working on our 10 speeds and riding them all over town, Ray also enjoyed showing me all his new moves in karate. I will always remember him as a wonderful friend.
A humble man who never let his disabilities define him. So many of us could learn a valuable lesson from him. I will forever miss his smiling face and his giant hugs! Fly high, Uncle Raymond! And watch over my babies when I'm not able to...we love you! XOXXO
