Such a pleasant godly lady. Would visit with her at the home. We talked of everything...skin care kids, grandkids, shopping, keeping house. I always chuckled over her house keeping stories. Not 1 piece of dirt or dust in her home. Talks of her cleaning the big round church and the rooms & no one wanted to be on her cleaning crew because she was meticulous. Will miss her
Enjoyed visiting this sweet lady at Arlington when I was visiting a loved one. She joined us many times at a table for conversation. She loved to walk! So very pleasant.
She always remembers when me and Scott got married. We Loved her and her husband so very much. Praying for the whole family and may God give you comfort of her passing. Bro. Dan and Sister Kimberly Your both in our thoughts and prayers also all the friends from church family's that knew her for many many years. Love you all, Sister Jennifer & Bro. Scott Erwin
We lived close to the Methenys in Newark in the 1960s and Mark, Dean, my brother Tom and I all went to Mound Elementary School. Mr. and Mrs. Metheny were always kind and gracious to us. God bless you all.
These pictures are a few of the good memories I have with mamaw..traveling back to her/papaws hometown, camping (cabin camping she wouldn’t do tent camping she liked her A/C too much) and a picture with several of her grandchildren.
I remember that she had siblings. Three of which are still living, Nancy, Karen, and Kilby. 🩷
