Vicki and all family members,\r\nI am very sorry to hear of Kate's passing. As you know, she was part of our original gang and a true friend. She was always one to step up in our times of need and I never forgot that. Over the many, many years of working alongside her we were lucky to share in many fond memories.. memories that I have today. I am out of state dealing with the loss of a close family member, as well, and I am sorry that I cannot be there for her now.
