I graduated law school in 2012, and Daniel joined in on a lot of our classes our first year. He was a bright spot for me in the scary new law school world, where not everyone was nice. He lifted us up. His spirit was unmatched in the classroom, talking to me just as friends, and at my parties I am glad to have known him. My deepest sympathy.
Dear Merritt family. I am so sorry to have read of the death of Daniel. Please accept my sincere condolences. I would like to share something that I have personally found to be comforting. It is found in the Bible at John 5:28, 29 and Revelation 21:4.
