Carol J. Carlson's Obituary
Carol J. Carlson 81, of Chicago IL passed away January 21, 2025 at Ohio State University East Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.
Carol was born December 6, 1943 in Saint Paul, MN. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota and a graduate degree at the University of Chicago.
Carol had a successful career as a Technical Writer and Editor. She was a life long supporter of the arts and had a strong love of community. Later in life, these interests lead her to a variety of philanthropic endeavors.
Mrs. Carlson is survived by her daughter, Christina Carlson, of Chicago, IL.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Duane Larson; and a sister, Donna Farrell.
