William "Bill" Sibert's Obituary
A funeral service for William “Bill” Sibert, 50 of Newark will be held Friday February 10, 2017 at noon in the Newark Chapel VENSIL & CHUTE FUNERAL HOME. Visitation will be observed Thursday February 9, 2017 from 6 to 8 p.m. and 11 a.m. to noon on Friday at the funeral home 1850 West Main Street.
Mr. Sibert died unexpectedly Sunday February 5, 2017. He was born August 29, 1966 in Bay City, Michigan.
Bill was an avid outdoorsman, gifted craftsman, and a talented website creator. He was very knowledgeable on a number of subjects. He was the first to extend a hand to a person in need. He was a caring and loving family man.
He is survived by his wife, Kimberley (Cook) Sibert; children, Brittany Johnson (Micki Gross), Quinn Johnson; mother, Patricia Van Haaren of Bay City, Michigan; fathers in law, Richard Rabineau of Bay City, Michigan and John (Carolyn) Cook of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas; brothers and sisters, Fred Sibert, George “Skeeter” (Loralie) Van Haaren, William "Will" Van Haaren, Theresa (Glen) Mersdorf, Debbie Riley, Kim (Tim) Roberson, Tina Van Haaren all of Bay City, Michigan, and Terry Reeves of Florida; a close cousin, Danny (Jody) Sibert of Middletown; sisters and brothers in law, Cheri Holm, Ann (Mark) Voss, Rebecca (Kevin) Steinke, Jeff (DeeDee) Cook, Steve (Jackie) Wickam and many other step inlaws; numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and countless friends.
He was preceded in death by father George Van Haaren; sister, Teresa (Mark) Herr; Mother in law, Catherin Rabineau and brother in law, Jeff Holm.
