I will miss yu so much. You might of not been my uncle by blood but yu are and always will be my uncle yu will be missed and loved by everyone. Now ur up there with Uncle Drew having a big party R.I.P. love yu so much and To the family I am so so sorry and wish I could of been there for yu all.

Bill always welcomed me and my family and always made me laugh. To all the Athey family we are very sorry for your loss. To Brian, Heather, Bailey and Tyler: you cared for him daily for his life's last quarter so you knew him better than anyone at the end. For that you deserve thanks, praise, and sorrow from us all for that very selfless act. We love you all dearly. Rest peaceful Mr Bill.

Bill and Linda always made me feel welcome in their home when I dated Linda's sister, my beautiful wife Wendy who lived with them. Bill was a character. He always called me "brother Black" and I always called him "brother Bill". He was responsible for me gaining weight over the years by introducing me to pizza which I had never tried in my 27 years. He was one of a kind and we will miss him. Please accept our condolences.
