Téa Marie Woods' Obituary
NEWARK: Funeral services for beloved Téa Marie Woods, 18 of Newark will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 1, 2017 at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, 383 Washington St., Newark with Rev. Dr. Michael A. Noble officiating.
Téa died Saturday, August 26, 2017 in Delaware County as the result of an auto accident. She was born October 28, 1998 in Newark to Lori E. Aber and Donté Woods.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by many loving family members, including her step-parents, Andrea Lane and Marcus Harris; four brothers, Bryce Woods, Ayden Woods, Khayle Woods, Dánte Woods; two sisters, Gabrielle Woods all of Newark and Aliece Hinton of Washington, DC; grandparents, Forrest Aber, Candice Jones, Lamar Woods, Tina Body Rheins all of Newark; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that loved her like family.
Téa was a 2017 graduate of Newark High School. She was enrolled at the University of Toledo this fall to continue her singing career. She was active in the Newark High School Women’s Choral, Swing Choir and Concert Choir. During Jr. High, she participated in volleyball and basketball.
Téa had such a loving soul. She loved life and would find good in every circumstance. She is happy that she was able to bring peace to many indifferent situations.
Calling hours will be observed from 2 to 4 p.m .and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, August 31, 2017 at VENSIL & CHUTE FUNERAL HOME - NEWARK CHAPEL, 1850 West Main Street, Newark.
