Robert E. Wolfe's Obituary
A graveside funeral service for Robert E. Wolfe, 78 of Newark will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday June 5, 2017 at Newark Memorial Gardens with Cory Campbell officiating. Military honors will be conducted by the Licking County Veterans Alliance.
Mr. Wolfe died Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at Licking Memorial Hospital. He was born August 1, 1938 in Newark to Albert and Mabel (Roberts) Wolfe.
He had been employed by Schuler Engineering and Steelcon. He had attended Northside Church of Christ and had served in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his daughter, Melissa (Arthur) Touvell of Heath; grandchildren, Jack Daniel (Kasi) Touvell of Heath, Jari Beth Touvell (Orry Woge) of Mt. Holly, NC; great-grandchildren, Ryder Grayson Touvell, Robert Edward Wolfe Touvell; sisters, Marilyn (Dave) Hunt of Hebron, Janice (Wayne) Copeland of Wadestown, WV; brothers, Bill (Carol) Wolfe of Newark, Brian (Angie) Wolfe of Hinesville, GA; several nieces, nephews and special friend, Phil Holbert.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon A. (Priest) Wolfe; brothers, Larry Wolfe, James Wolfe, and Ray Wolfe.
