A private funeral service for Robert L. Orr, Jr., 70 of Glenford will be held Friday July 3, 2020 at the Newark Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home with Pastor John Rushmeyer officiating. Burial will follow in Good Hope Cemetery Read Obituary
Worked with Bobby at OCF Newark for several years. Always a great guy and a very sharp machine repairman. Never will forget the time down at the old Aerocor department during a clean-out on "line #14" Bobby and Larry Sceurman turned me upside down saying they wanted to clean-out all my pockets. I wasn't a match for either one of them let alone 2 of the biggest guys in our department. Rest in peace and thank you for being one of the great memories in my life.

My boys still remember the time when Bob took them on a ride in his golf cart after church. So kind and welcoming, Bob made a point to ask after Terry when he couldn't be there with us. Bob will be missed.
I met Bobby when he was an advisor for the the Flintridge 4-H Tractor Club. He was quite a character. My sympathy to all his family and friends. Rest in peace, Bobby.

I am so sorry to hear - we tried to connect for our 50th class reunion but Bob couldnt come. Our class of 1969 misses Bob.
Ah Bubba, you were a good guy! My condolences to Lori and the family. I remember when Bob came into the shop, the hours we worked together. The wreck that almost took Him, and yet the tough man that came back. Rest in Peace Bubba!
