Rick Miller, you were a great man. I didn’t know you personally but as my coach for 6+ years I have to say you were definitely a person I will forever and always remember! The man who encouraged me to switch positions in softball. He let me become the catcher and I ended up being one of the best. Only because of him and his encouragement. “Don’t be afraid of that ball coming in”!! , and “ Don’t be afraid of that bat swinging in front of you”! To his wife, family, and friends; know that “Coach” will always be remembered! My thoughts and prayers go out to you all!!!
RIH Ricko
Marsha so sorry to hear of Ricks passing. My condolences to your family. great memories of my years with Subway in the early 80's we had some great times.
So many great memories throughout many years. My thoughts and prayers are with you Marsha and family.
all of my love and prayers are with you all.
Ricko sure was a special guy (and a fellow Yankees fan) — with such a positive attitude regardless of what his situation may have been. I have to tell you, almost every time we spoke, he found a way to 'work' you and his family into our conversation. You guys meant the world to him. His love for you was immeasurable. I have no doubt he’s smiling (as he always did) from above with his eyes clearly fixed on you, his girls, and his grandkids. Stay strong. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Marsha, my thoughts and prayers go out to you and the family. Many great times with you and”Coach”. I will always remember the Subway days. Always, Marty
Thoughts and prayers go out to the Miller Family. I will never forget the 1991 Team and what it meant to Coach. He will be missed!
