Richard passed away July 21, 2026 at Embassy of Newark. He was born October 1, 1946 to the late Edward John and Hazel Mae (Boesinger) Snedden.
Survivors include his brother, Arthur William Snedden; a sister, Wilma Newton; several nieces, nephews and friends.
In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Douglas Snedden.
