I wanted to add this Salvation poem.
The Salvation Poem
Jesus Loves You!
Jesus came to save the lost
That is why He died upon on the cross.
Jesus loves you and me
Shedding His blood on Calvary
That we all may forever be free.
He came to rescue us from Eternal Death
Saving us from Hell, He gave us His breath.
The Holy Spirit has been sent to live inside us,
And every man can have this New Birth.
Now we can be free from sin and shame,
If only we will call upon His name.
We can call on Him in times of trouble
He be right there, on the double.
He always listens whenever we're sad
He calms every storm and makes us glad.
Every time you shed a tear
always know that Jesus is near.
He will wipe all your tears away
and put them in His bottle, forever to stay.
Dear One, God loves you so very much
Regardless of whether you can feel His touch.
Call on Him now and accept Him today,
And the Paradise of Heaven will be yours to stay.
Open your mouth and confess to Him today
And below is what aloud you must Pray:
“God, I repent for all my sins,
Forgive me Lord today
I confess Jesus is the Son of God
He died and was raised on the third day
I accept Jesus as my Lord and Savior
Write my name in the Book of life, forever!”
If you said this prayer from your heart
you'll never have to worry about Him saying to you, depart.
Now you must live for Him and take up your cross
Never forgetting that He saved you when you were lost.
If you prayed the sinners pray within this Salvation Poem, you are now Born Again.
So many good memories of growing up and spending a lot of my childhood at my Grandma Hazel and Ralph's house. From following him around while he did his chores feeding the animals in my younger days, my favorite memory is watching a meteor shower with him and it was the best one I have ever seen. My best new memory is visiting him in the hospital with my mom and him praying to receive Jesus as his Lord and savior. To God be the glory for this. He is in heaven right now walking the streets of gold praising his Saviour and in no pain. thanks Ralph for all the laughs and being a grandpa to me in my childhood. I'm sorry I didn't spend much of my adult life with you. We allow ourselves to get so busy in this world time goes so fast and life is so short. One lesson we can learn from Ralph is to take things easy without being stressed or worried, enjoy life And something I have learned is that we should spend more time with family. Family is important. and know where we are going to spend eternity. I am so glad Ralph prayed that prayer to ask Jesus in His heart and is now in heaven.
From all the great Christmas at your house, to the laughs of sheering sheep, I learned a lot from you over the years. You will be missed.
Ralph was quiet, intelligent, knowledgeable of so many things, and really loved his crossword puzzles in the newspaper. I enjoyed so much just listening to him talk about the history of both Muskingum and Licking Townships. Knowing the Prior family for the last 67 years has been a true delight. I will truly miss him.
