Shari and family, I was so sad to hear of Phil's passing. I know it's been a hard journey and you were wonderful to him. You are in my thoughts at this difficult time.
Shari, Mike and Eric - please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of your sweet husband and father! Mr. Phil always brought a smile to my face and was so quick to offer a hug and comforting words when filling scripts after our miscarriage. He was a wonderful man and his loss is widely felt, as I'm sure you know. Praying for all of you as you traverse this next season of 'firsts'. Mr. Phil will be celebrating your joys and smiling from Heaven; there is no doubt God said, Well done, good and faithful servant. Love to you all!!\r\n\r\nRachael Mattis Bissett

My deepest sympathies in Phil's passing. I worked with him @ Thrift Drug when it was on Mt Vernon Rd. He was a wonderful boss & always so pleasant to work with. I hope all the good memories will help in his passing.
