I think of Phil often and remember shooting basketball any time we could get together which was often. We would put large appliance boxes down on his court in the winter so we could get a snow free court in seconds without shoveling snow. Great friend forever.

I enjoyed being around Phill, He really enjoyed his job with the Shelly Materials Company, I use to tease him alot, He was a very good friend. My prayers goes out to all his Family.
