Patricia Ann Bourne's Obituary
A private graveside service for Patricia A. Bourne, 77 of Newark will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at Newark Memorial Gardens with Rev. Pamela Roth officiating.
Mrs. Bourne died Friday, March 15, 2013 at the Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation of Newark. She was born November 17, 1935 in Newark to the late Eldon and Ruby (Maye) Wheeler.
She was a member of the Newark Moose and Druids Grove # 48. She enjoyed roller skating throughout her life and taught all of her grandchildren.
She was a wonderful mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her loving family of two sons, Rodney (Molly) Sherburn of Newark, Michael Sherburn of Jacksonville, NC; brother, Denny (Carol) Wheeler of Newark; grandchildren, Chad (Heather) Sherburn, Jill (Steve) Brown, Trisha (Rob) Smith, Robb (Samantha) Wiegand, Amy Sherburn, Syra Sherburn, Michael Sherburn, Nicholas Sherburn; ten great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews; Faye, her best friend, for being there to help, also other support from friends and church family.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Harley Sherburn on January 30, 1996; her second husband Philip Bourne on April 1, 2010; daughter, Roxanne Wiegand; brothers, Raymond Wheeler and Edmond Wheeler.
The family requests memorial contributions to Hospice of Central Ohio, P.O. Box 430, Newark, OH 43058-0430.
