We send our condolences to the Graham families. As I read the memories about his life, I'm thankful he made a difference in other's lives with his leadership and kindness. We will miss him at our TV '71 class reunions. He made it possible for us to meet at the school. His friendly smile will be remembered.
The Tri-Valley community has suffered a great loss with Owen's passing. Peggy and family, my condolences to you for your GREAT loss. May he rest in the arms of the Lord for all eternity. He is on my memory not only for his community service, but I'll remember him with his antics in band. He was an upper classman when I came to high school band and I remember him a quite a fun and amusing character. RIP Owen...
