Neva Mae Bline's Obituary
NEWARK: Neva M. Bline, 75 of Newark, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2018 at the Selma Markowitz Care Center. She was born November 23, 1942 in Akron, OH to the late Emerson and Georgia (Hurst) Hunt.
Neva graduated from Newark Senior High School in 1960 and retired from the Licking County Probate Court. She was a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her husband, James P. Bline, whom she married January 10, 1965; a daughter, Julie (Piotr) Machon of Maineville, OH; a son, James F. (Dan Leatherman) Bline of Columbus, OH; a granddaughter, Abigail Machon; one sister, Nell Hunt (Bill Payne) of Newark; and several nieces, nephews and extended family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jesse W. Hunt; six sisters, Norma Lewis, Nancy Sawyer, Neoma Bethards, Noretta Hannum, Natalie Hunt and Nannette Balinsky.
Private graveside services will be held at a later date at Newark Memorial Gardens.
