Nancy Ann Fawcett's Obituary
A funeral service celebrating the life of Nancy Ann Fawcett, 84 of Newark will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 5, 2015 in the Newark Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home with Pastor Paul Reimer officiating. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
Mrs. Fawcett died Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at the Selma Markowitz Care Center. She was born January 18, 1931 in Frazeysburg to the late Eugene and Estella (Ricketts) Conner. A graduate of Frazeysburg High School she had worked at ARWEBB.
Survivors include her children, Dusty (Frank) Stare, Debbie (Chris) Montgomery, Darcy Lee, all of Newark, Nick (Deb) Fawcett of Winterhaven, FL; a sister, Dody (Paul) Blizzard of Summerville, SC; a brother, Ronnie (Theresa) Conner of Zanesville; 7 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Fawcett was preceded in death by her husband, Clinton E. Fawcett, whom she married November 26, 1948 and who died January 28, 2005; sisters, Bonnie Beeney and Virginia Ashcraft; brothers, Brice Conner, Dick Conner, Beman Conner; and a grandchild.
Friends may call Sunday, October 4, 2015 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at VENSIL & CHUTE FUNERAL HOME, 1850 W. Main Street, Newark.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Foundation for Hospice of Central Ohio or the Licking County Humane Society.
