Marie L. Bradley's Obituary
A funeral service for Marie L. (Wilson) Bradley, 69 of Newark will be held Wednesday April 5, 2017 at 1 p.m. in the Newark Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home with Cory Campbell officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Bradley died Friday March 31, 2017 at her residence. She was born August 2, 1947 in Newark to William F. and Roberta Y. (Diller) Wilson.
Marie had been employed by Wills, Baker and Haas and K Mart. She was a 1965 graduate of Newark High School. She attended Lunch Bunch gatherings with her classmates. She was a member of the Newark Eagles and Faith United Methodist Church. She was a diehard Cubs fan. She was devoted to her grandchildren and attended many of their events.
She is survived by her children, Samantha (Gast) & Jason Wilson of Newark, Joseph Gast of Newark; grandchildren, Caleb Wilson, Tanner Wilson; brother, Kenneth (Kathy) Wilson of Newark; nephews Keith Wilson of Glenford, Kevin Wilson of Columbus; many step-nieces, step-nephews, extended Gast family; and her pet, Molly.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George H. Bradley on December 5, 2008.
Calling hours will be observed Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the VENSIL & CHUTE FUNERAL HOME 1850 W. Main St.
