Margaret “Lois” Denman, 89, of Zanesville, Ohio died Thursday morning, January 9, 2014, at Baptist Village Care Center in Erlanger, Kentucky. Mrs. Denman was born March 7, 1924 in Zanesville, Ohio and was a 1942 graduate of Lash H Read Obituary
Condolences to the family. Know that Lois had a tremendous positive impact her students, and we know how lucky we were! She was, and is, one of my favorite teachers. The look on her face in her picture is exactly the same as I remember from 8th grade in 1978-79 at Frazeysburg. You can't be a great teacher without being a great person, and that picture says it all!

I'm so sorry for your loss, may the Lord comfort you. Mrs. Denman taught me to love English! I've thought of her often through the years.
What a great teacher. Sorry for your loss. I never heard the word gerund until our 8th grade class.
