Malinda Hargus' Obituary
Malinda Caroline Hargus, 56, of Frazeysburg passed away Friday evening March 4, 2022 at Genesis Morrison House in Zanesville.
Born July 24, 1965 in Zanesville, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Carolyn (Early) Leach. She was a 1983 graduate of Zanesville High School and earned her Associates Degree in nursing from Ohio University. Malinda worked many years as a registered nurse with Genesis Health Care. She was a Methodist by faith and loved spending time with her family. Malinda enjoyed painting, working in her flower garden and watching movies. She especially enjoyed Harry Potter and The Twilight Saga series.
Surviving is her loving husband, Martin Hargus, whom she married September 8, 1984; twin daughters Sarah Hargus and Rebecca Hargus both of Newark; two brothers, Mike Leach and Jim Leach, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Mark Leach.
There will be no visitation or services at this time.
The Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home is assisting with the arrangements.
