Lincoln "Hunch" Hastings' Obituary
Lincoln R. “Hunch” Hastings, 56, of Nashport, Ohio died Thursday morning, June 3, 2021 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
Born March 10, 1965 in Zanesville, Ohio he was a son of the late Warren Franklin and Mary A. (Smith) Hastings. Hunch was a handyman, he was always tinkering outside and enjoyed fixing things. His greatest joy in life where his grandbabies and cats.
Surviving is his wife of 35 years, Lori J. (Marshall) Hastings, whom he married on October 31, 1986; two children, Cory Hastings and Courtney (Steven) Spicer; five grandchildren, Christopher, Ellie, Carter, Laelee and Madilyn; siblings, Mary (Kenny) Riehl, Stanley (Ruthie), Leonard, Roy (Kathy) and Michael Hastings; sister-in-law, Christine Hastings; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Rob, Dave, Frank, James, Eva, Francis and Charles; and a grandchild, Jordyn Hastings.
Friends and family may call from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm Monday, June 7, 2021 at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 714 Main Street.
Funeral services will be 11:00am Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at the funeral home with Pastor Jim Williams officiating.
Hunch will be laid to rest in Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
