I am so shocked and saddened to read this. I regret missing his service. If I had known I would not have missed it. He was a true lifelong friend.
I worked with Kevin for many years at the Corps of Engineers and was sadden by the news of his death. He always talked about his family and was looking forward to retiring and enjoying more free time. May God keep your family during this time of sadness.
