Kenneth R. Pickering, 77 of Heath went to be with the Lord on Thursday July, 4, 2013 at the Kindred Transitional Care & Rehabilitation of Newark.
Mr. Pickering was born June 28, 1936 in Chesterhill, Ohio to the late Roy and Ruby (Brown) Pickering.
Mr. Pickering owned and operated Pickering's Body Shop. He had worked at various body shops including Walker & Battat. Kenneth had an unwavering faith and a devotion to family.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Nancy A. (Blackwell) Pickering; children, Gail (Steve) Spring and Donald (Ronna) Pickering all of Newark, sisters, Myrlie (Ronald) Duncan of Granville, Ivy Evans of Newark; brothers, Larry (Darlene) Pickering, Jess (Judy) Pickering all of Newark; grandson, Zachary (Cali) Pickering of Hilton Head, SC; several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Pickering requested no visitation or services.
