Kelly L. Lewis' Obituary
A funeral service for Kelly L. Lewis, 53 of Newark will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 9, 2012 at the Newark Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home with Greg Robbins officiating. Burial will be in Wilson Cemetery.
Kelly passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus. She was born October 28, 1959 in Zanesville to the late Frank Carmichael and Jetta “Petey” (Honnold) Wiemer of Heath.
Kelly was a devoted mother and grandmother. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy and she loved spending time with them. She also enjoyed the outdoors and swimming.
In addition to her mother, Kelly is survived by her children, Monica Lewis and fiancé James Hart of Newark, Darren (Stacy) Lewis of Newark; grandchildren, Miles, Chloe, and Kodie; and sisters, Katie Good, Bev Carmichael, both of Newark, and Misty (Scott) Lowry of St. Louisville.
Kelly was preceded in death by her father in 2004.
Friends and family may call two hours prior to the service, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Friday at VENSIL & CHUTE FUNERAL HOME, 1850 W. Main St., Newark.
