John Michael Lewis' Obituary
John M. Lewis, 51, of Zanesville, Ohio died Tuesday evening, December 10, 2013 at Genesis Morrison House in Zanesville.
Born March 23, 1962 in Newark, Ohio he was a son of the late John W. and Thelma C. (Lambert) Lewis. He was a 1981 graduate of Tri-Valley High School and former employee of the Clow Corporation of Coshocton. John was a very avid outdoorsman and loved hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed cooking.
Surviving is one daughter, Jamie Lewis of Adamsville, Ohio; his significant other, Julie McClure of Zanesville; a brother Mark A. Lewis of Nashport, Ohio; four nephews, James Fleming, Walter Fleming, Derick Lewis and Cody Lewis; a niece, Meghan Lewis and his two little “buddies”, Zaiden and Zane Emerson.
Calling hours will be from Noon to 1pm Saturday, December 14, 2013 at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 714 Main Street.
Memorial services will be at 1:00pm Saturday, December 14, 2013 at the funeral home with the Rev. Dr. Victoria Kumorowski officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Heart Association.
