John P. Barry's Obituary
John P. Barry, 57 of Blacklick passed away on June 23, 2016 peacefully at his residence. He was born November 29, 1958 in Oak Lawn, Illinois. His parents were John Joseph and Evelyn Phyllis (Weber) Barry.
Mr. Barry had been employed with Darby Homes of New Albany and M & I Landscapes of Blacklick. He served in the U.S. Army and volunteered for the Columbus based Joseph’s Coat organization. He was an avid fan of the Bears, Buckeyes, White Soxs and enjoyed fishing.
He is survived by children, Joshua (Ashley) Barry of Granville, Jeremie (Austin) Elkins of Newark, Jamie (Tiffany) Elkins of McConnellsville, OH; fourteen grandchildren; brother, Donald (Carolyn) Barry; nieces, Sonya Bartram and Jennifer Barry all of Venice, FL.
