James R. Johnson's Obituary
NEWARK: James R. Johnson, 68 of Newark died Monday morning, January 10, 2011 at the Selma Markowitz Care Center. Mr. Johnson was born June 3, 1942 in Newcomerstown to the late George R. and Donna I. (Lewis) Johnson.
Survivors include a daughter, Tonda K. Moore; a son, James T. Johnson, both of Nashville, TN; a granddaughter Ashley Lynn Moore; and a great grandchild, Maddox Rostofer; a sister, Dora K. Johnson of Mt. Vernon; and several nieces, nephews and friends.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by a brother, John Johnson.
Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 14, 2011 at Wilson Cemetery with his niece, Debra Haines officiating.
