Harry Gilham's Obituary
Harry E. Gilham passed away on Friday, October 31, 2025.
He was born in Newark OH on June 22, 1935 to the late Charles Sr. and Minnie (Maddox) Gilham.
Harry worked at the Newark AFB. In retirement he enjoyed repairing vehicles, riding his motorcycle, traveling, music and watching tv.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife 5 days before he passed, Maxine (Scott) Gilham, and his two brothers Charles Jr, and James.
He is survived by his wife's daughter, Deatria (Dee) Hall, his grandson, Dr Justin (Oralia) Sanders, and his great grandson, Ronin Sanders.
We recognize that he is now reunited with his parents, brothers and wife in heaven.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, November 5th, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 1850 W. Main St. Newark, OH, with Pastor Bruce Wynn officiating for both Harry and Maxine. Interment will follow in the Cedar Hill Cemetery, Newark, OH.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 12:00 PM until the time of the services.
