Graydon Leo Foreman,Sr.'s Obituary
Graydon L. Foreman, 88 of Newark passed away on Tuesday August 20, 2019 at the Inn at Sharon Brooke, Newark, Ohio. He was born March 5, 1931 in Jackson, Michigan to Merle Graydon and Bessie Bell (Clark) Foreman.
Mr. Foreman taught in the Southwest Licking Schools for 28 years retiring in1995. He held a Master’s Degree from Morehead State University. He served his country in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of Acme Lodge F & AM # 554, Morehead Chapter# 227 O.E.S. and Central Christian Church. He enjoyed taking walks and tending to his vegetable garden.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Laura (Delaney) Foreman of Newark; sons, M. Douglas Foreman of Paris, KY, G. Leo Foreman, Jr. of Heath, OH; sister, Betty Lou Stroup of Fort Wayne, IN; three grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Private family services will be held at a later date in Elizaville, KY.
