Gerald O. Fitzer's Obituary
Gerald O. Fitzer, 70, of Frazeysburg, Ohio died Wednesday, October 26. 2022 at his home.
Born December 14, 1951 in Ashtabula, Ohio he was a son of the late John O. and Ella V. (Balint) Fitzer and was a 1971 graduate of Ashtabula High School. Mr. Fitzer was retired Edmont-Wilson Company of Coshocton and he was an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns.
Surviving are three daughters, Michele (Tye) Hunter of Frazeysburg; Ginger (Shawn Bowman) Freetage of West Lafayette, Ohio and Kim (James) Wells of North Carolina; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren and one great grandchild on the way. Also surviving are three sisters, Nancy Snyder of Ashtabula, Patty (Glen) Newman of Alabama and Elizabeth "Barbara" Ocean of Texas and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Robert Rodgers; two brothers, Butch Fitzer and Richard Fitzer and his fiancée, Agnes Love.
There will be no public calling hours or funeral service.
