Frederick John Zipperer's Obituary
Frederick John Zipperer, 72, of Dresden, Ohio died Monday morning, May 30, 2016 at Genesis Morrison House in Zanesville, Ohio.
Born February 16, 1944 in Newark, Ohio he was a son of the late Frederick J. and Dorothy M. (Corder) Zipperer and he attended Newark High School. Fred was a union laborer working in highway construction. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and woodworking.
Surviving is one son, Chadd (Susan) Zipperer of Newark; a daughter, Shannon (Delbert) LaRue, II of Frazeysburg, Ohio; three grandchildren, Clayton Zipperer, Brian Hess and Shaylynn LaRue; a great grandchild, Kandice Hess; a brother, Durwood Masters of Newark, several nieces and nephews and his life-long best friend, Terry Vanwy of Granville, Ohio.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Sherry Zipperer and a brother Duane Masters.
There will be no calling hours for funeral service. He will be laid to rest next to his wife, Sherry, in Wilson Cemetery at a later date.
