Fred was special, as he was someone I connected with. I truly enjoyed listening to his stories especially the one's he shared about the love he had for Eileen. There was always a message of wisdom in the stories he shared with me. Rest In Heaven my friend.
Fred and Eileen were such friendly and kind neighbors, they both will be sadly missed.
