Esther Crabtree's Obituary
HEATH: A funeral service for Esther Crabtree, 83 of Heath will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 1, 2013 in the Newark Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home with Minister Cory Campbell officiating. Burial will be in Glen Rest Memorial Estate.
Mrs. Crabtree passed away Monday, January 28 at Licking Memorial Hospital. She was born March 20, 1929 in Whitesville, W.Va. to the late Robert and Rhoda (Buzzard) Morris. A homemaker, Mrs. Crabtree took great joy in her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandson. She also enjoyed stamp collecting.
Survivors include her husband of over 58 years, Ishimel L. Crabtree, whom she married June 19, 1954; a son, Leo Crabtree of Byhalia, Miss.; grandchildren, Autumn Crabtree of Heath and Andrew Crabtree of Newark; and a great-grandson, Adam Spicer.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Earl Morris.
Friends and family may visit two hours prior to the service, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Friday at VENSIL & CHUTE FUNERAL HOME, 1850 W. Main St., Newark.
