I will always have fond memories of Essie.Her heart was as big as she was.She amazed me with her cooking skills.and I can still taste her Thousand Island Dressing.

I am so sorry for your loss of Essie. She will be greatly missed at Sharon Brooke. She was such a sweetheart! I will miss her sitting by the fireplace after dinner, randomly talking about anything and everything, whether anyone was listening or not. She always got me to laugh when she did that. May God be with your family and bless you all in this tough time. God has Essie in good hands I can promise you that.
