Dorothy M. Lynn's Obituary
Dorothy M. Lynn, 99, of Nashport, died Friday afternoon, January 19, 2024, at Altercare Zanesville.
Born June 1, 1924, in Dresden, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Charles D. and Laura (Moore) Kain. Dorothy was a homemaker and lifetime member of Dresden Madison Presbyterian Church.
Surviving is her son, Dwight E. Lynn of Maine; her daughter, Martha Ann Lynn of Nashport; and her sister, Eleanor J. Katsampes of Zanesville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Lynn, who she married August 29, 1948, and who died on August 28, 2012; three brothers Russell Allen Kain, Walter L. Kain, and Charles F. Kain.
Friends and family may call Monday, January 29, 2024, from 11:00AM till the time of the service at 12:00PM, NOON at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 714 Main Street, Dresden.
Funeral Service will be held NOON, Monday, January 29, 2024, at the funeral home with Rev. Darla Revennaugh officiating.
Dorothy will be laid to rest next to her husband, James, at Dresden Cemetery.
