Donna Lee Longaberger's Obituary
Donna Lee Longaberger, 86, of Dresden, died Sunday morning, July 4, 2021 at Genesis Hospice - Morrison House.
Born September 6, 1934 in Coshocton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late George W. and Margie (Evans) Everhart and a graduate of Coshocton High School. Donna worked for many years at a pharmacy in Georgia, until they moved back to Ohio.
Surviving is her husband of 67 years, Jerry D. Longaberger, whom she married on August 14, 1953; three children, Margie (Randall) Huston, Becky (Rick) Stafford and Jerry “Butch” (Michelle) Longaberger; seven grandchildren, Stacie Meyer, Brittnay (Justin) Fickes, Brandy Stafford, Trevor Stafford, Abigail (Jeremy) Futch, Sara (Jorge) Bocanegra and Hannah Longaberger; sixteen great grandchildren, Dylan Snider, Baily Hoyd, Lilah and Olivia Fickes, Brandon Starner, Riley Zannetti, Zephaniah, Leah, Marah, Jenah, Jeremiah and Tobias Stafford, Benjamin, James, Nathan Futch and George Bocanegra; a great-great granddaughter, Theia Hoyd; three siblings, Mary Fitzgerald, Barbara Stingel and David (Sally) Everhart and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, John Michael Longaberger whom died on June 12, 2021; and siblings, Edwin Everhart, Marjorie Atha, Jean Cornelius, James Everhart, Phyllis Darr and Patricia Dickerson.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
The family is being assisted by the Dresden Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home.
