Della J. "Dee" Collins' Obituary
A funeral service for Della "Dee" (Kinser) Collins, age 82 of Mesa Arizona, formally of Newark, Ohio will be held on Saturday February 3, 2018 at 12 Noon at the Newark Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Jacksontown Cemetery.
Dee passed away on Friday, January 19, 2018 in Mesa, Arizona. She was born on March 16, 1935 in Newark, Ohio to the late Earl W. and Dorothy J. Kinser.
Dee will be remembered for her generosity to and caretaking of others, her love of baking, cooking and gardening.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Edward Eugene Collins of Mesa Arizona, her children and their spouses, Linda (Jim) Jolliff of Ohio, Rick (Sue) Collins, Pam (Tim) Wiebe, Tom (Linda) Collins, Steve (Linda) Collins all of Arizona; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; siblings, Robert (Mary) Kinser, Ruthann (Bob) Milhoan, Paul (Norma) Kinser, Mary Jo Simpson and Mike, Fred (Deb) Kinser, Darrell Kinser, Cindy (David) Cole, Richard (Rose) Kinser, Kathy Bowser and Bryson, Peggy (Michael) Moore; sister-in-law, Linda Kinser; numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Dee was preceded in death by her brothers, Earl "Skeeter" Kinser, Ronald Kinser; sister, Joyce Kinser and grandson, Jason Collins.
Visitations will be held Friday, February 2, 2018 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home 1850 West Main Street and Saturday from 10 am until services.
