David W. Nutter's Obituary
David W. Nutter, 66 of Newark died Tuesday November 15, 2011 at his residence. He was born September 7, 1945 in New Lexington, Ohio to the late Clyde E. and Mary E. (Nutter) Clay.
Mr. Nutter enjoyed camping, fishing and NASCAR. He liked watching the dirt track racing at Zanesville Speedway.
He is survived by his children, Wayne “Skip” (Tammy) Nutter of Newark, David M. Nutter; brothers, Steve (Tracy) Clay of Hebron, Kenny (Cheryl) Clay of Newark; five grandchildren, Thomas Nutter of Columbus, Kylie (Lane) Gibson Of Newark, Jamie Mercer of Newark, Jared (Tessia) Mercer of Zanesville, Chad (Casey) Mercer of New Concord; ten great-grandchildren; Step-daughters, Kim (Dan) Erlenbach of St. Louisville, Sonja Southen of Newark, Cora Southen of Newark; several nieces and nephews. The family would like to acknowledge special thanks to David’s angels in his building.
Visitation will be observed Tuesday, November 22, 2011, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Newark Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home 1850 West Main Street.
