Charlene V. Knepper's Obituary
NEWARK: A funeral service for Charlene V. Knepper, 70 ofNewark will be 12:00 p.m. Monday, August 12, 2013 at the Newark Chapel ofVensil & Chute Funeral Home with Pastor Tom Myers officiating.
Mrs. Knepper died Friday morning at her home. She was born November 3, 1942 in Newark tothe late Charles E. and Virginia M. (McLeish) Murphy. A beautician by trade, Mrs. Knepper hadworked for the John J. Carroll Department Store and Meijer. She was a member of Wright Memorial UnitedMethodist Church. Mrs. Knepper enjoyedtraveling with her late husband.
Survivors include her children, Diane (Dan) Glass, David (Stefani)Knepper, all of Newark; grandchildren, Hayley Glass, Cory Glass, Tyler Knepper,and Courtney Knepper; and a sister, Patricia (Willie) Webster.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Knepper was preceded in death by herhusband of 39 years, Jack T. Knepper, whom she married October 22, 1967 and whodied July 21, 2007; and a brother Richard D. Murphy.
Friends and family may call two hours prior to the service from 10:00a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday at VENSIL & CHUTE FUNERAL HOME, 1850 W. MainStreet, Newark.
