Carolyne Judy Ann King's Obituary
Carolyne Judy Ann King, 72, of Adamsville, died Tuesday morning, July 20, 2021 at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House, Zanesville surrounded by her loving family.
Born March 21, 1949 in Zanesville, she was the daughter of the late Charles Earl and Hannah Mildred (McMahon) Paynter. Judy was a homemaker and a Methodist by Faith. She had a giving heart, donating whenever she could. Judy loved her family, she enjoyed baking, drawing, painting and playing ring around the rosy with her grandchildren.
Surviving is her husband of 55 years, John Douglas King Sr., whom she married on October 30, 1965; three children, John D. (Traci) King Jr. of Dresden, Katrina (Terry Corder) King of Coshocton and Sonja (James) Davis of Coshocton; five grandchildren, Minda (Cody) Peterson, Casey (Keyonna) King, Breanna, Kiersten and Brooklyn Davis; two great grandchildren, Jace and Kolby Peterson; a sister, Nancy and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by several infant siblings and five adult siblings, Virginia, Ruth, Buddy, Clifford and Richard.
Friends and family may call from 11:00 am until the time of the service, which will be at 1:00pm on Monday, July 26, 2021 at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 714 Main Street. Pastor Valerie Boyer will officiate.
