Carol P. New's Obituary
A funeral service celebrating the life of Carol P. New, 77 of Hebron will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 8, 2018 at the Newark Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home with Pastor Jerry Carpenter officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Rocky Fork Cemetery.
Carol passed away Saturday, December 1, 2018 at the Selma Markowitz Care Center, operated by Hospice of Central Ohio. She was born May 25, 1941 in Columbus, OH to the late Ernest McQuirt and Ruth Eisnnicher. Carol was a member of the Hebron Church of the Nazarene and in years past had been active with the Eagles.
Survivors include her children, Ronnie Forrest, Jr. of Newark, Robin (Ty) Fink of Newark, Tammy (Jeff) Higley of Heath and Carolyn Forrest of Chillicothe; brothers, Ray (Debbie) Biegler, Steve Biegler, Gary Biegler, Ronald Biegler, Cliff Biegler and Tommy Biegler; sisters, Sharon Taynor, Ruth (Jeff) Smith and Beverly Biegler; grandchildren, Shane, Jennifer, Christine, Christina, Holly, Cameron, Samantha, Jesse, and Liam; and 5 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Ray New; whom she married September 25, 1972 and who died March 12, 2006; a daughter, Cindy Forrest; and an infant son, Christopher Forrest.
