Braelynn Ava Rae McCarty's Obituary
A private funeral service will be held for Braelynn Ava Rae McCarty, 11 months of Columbus with Rev. David Kuntz officiating.
Braelynn transitioned to her heavenly life on Thursday July 4, 2019 at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
She was born July 17, 2018 in Columbus to Christi JoRae McCarty.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by grandparents, Tamara McCarty-Huston (David) of Columbus, Steven Coakley (Vicki) of Columbus; great-grandfather, Richard McCarty of Heath; great-grandmother, Jeanie Coakley of Columbus; uncles, A.J. McCarty (Abbi) of Mansfield, Dylan McCarty (Maycee) of Columbus; cousins, Aaleigha McCarty, Hannah McCarty; great aunts, Barb McCarty, Chris (Rick) Bain all of Baltimore; she is also survived by an extended family and a host of friends.
The family would like to thank the doctors and staff at Nationwide Children’s hospital for their loving care and support.
