Bonita J. "Bonnie" Holtz's Obituary
A funeral service for Bonita J. “Bonnie” Holtz, 70 of Newark, formerly of Hebron will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 23, 2014 in the Newark Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home with Rev. Anthony Payton officiating. Burial will be in Wilson Cemetery.
Mrs. Holtz died Saturday, April 19, 2014 at Flint Ridge Village. She was born April 19, 1944 in Columbus to the late George Cullins and Doris (Welsh) Cullins who survives of Newark. A graduate of Newark High School, Mrs. Holtz worked as an Administrative Assistant at Dowell.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her sons, Roger (Susan) Cronin of Hilliard, Randy (Kim) Cronin of Utica; a step-daughter, Holly Holtz; sisters, Janet (Benj) Benjamin of Lima, Shari Lewis of Hanover; 4 grandchildren; 1 step-granddaughter; and 9 great grandchildren.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Holtz; and a brother, Ed Cullins.
Friends and family may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at VENSIL & CHUTE FUNERAL HOME, 1850 W. Main St., Newark.
Memorial contributions may be made to Generations Hospice or the Licking County Humane Society. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
