Mrs. Bowling was the first teacher that I ever had, in the late 60's. She was kind and left a lasting very impression on me. I will never forget her. May God give her family the strength to get through this trying time.
Very sorry to hear of Barb's passing. I have many fond memories of Barb, Bill and the boys as we were next door neighbors for many years on Linden Avenue.
Barbara will be missed. I was sad to learn of her death. We used to sit and talk with each other. She was a great listener. I know she is at peace in heaven looking down on us all.
Please accept our sincere sympathy on the death of your wife and mother; our community has lost a wonderful woman with a beautiful soul. Barb was a fellow McGuffey Mom with me when our sons (hers, Brad, and mine, Nick Bain) were in school together there, and I always enjoyed her positive outlook on life and her great sense of humor.
I am so sorry to hear of Mrs. Bowling's passing. She was my kindergarten teacher in the early 80's at Hartzler elementary. Since she was my first teacher she had always held a special place in heart. Keeping you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.
My sincere condolences to the family. Mrs. Bowling was my wonderful kindergarten teacher 35 yrs. ago & I have such fond memories of her. Such a pleasure to have known her. Sending peace & prayer to all of you.
I had Barbara for Kindergarten and For First grade as well. She was such a kind and wonderful person and teacher. And years later when I would see her she would always remember who I was. Barbara was such a wonderful role model and will be dearly missed. Rest in Heaven Barbara
Bill & Bradley,
I am so very sorry to hear of Mrs. Bowling passing. She has always held a very very special place in my heart. I was in her kindergarten class in 1977 at Hartzler Elementary & I am so thankful that I got to know her as an adult too. What a classy lady. She will be missed!
Barb Bowling was one of a kind! She was my daughter's kindergarten teacher in "1983". This woman was so amazing that she remembered my daughter and me. Everytime I ran into her she would always asking about Becky! To me this made a teacher a special person to remember us. Heaven got another ANGEL when he decided to take her home. God Bless Your Family she will surely be missed by many.
