Andrew Puryear's Obituary
A funeral service for Andrew Puryear, 58 of Newark will be held at the Bethel Rock House of Prayer, 219 E. Main Street Newark on Monday February 10, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Reecior M. Puryear officiating. Burial will be in Newark Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Puryear was born October 2, 1955 in Monroeville, Alabama to the late Albert Puryear and Reecior M. (Riley) Puryear of Newark.
Andrew was employed in the construction industry. He was a member of Bethel Rock House of Prayer. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially camping and riding motorcycles.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife, Diana K. (Miller) Puryear; children, Andrea Puryear and Jeremy Puryear both of Newark; grandson, Isaiah Puryear; step children, Krystal Smith, Curtis Smith, Chris Smith all of Columbus; five step-grandchildren; sisters, Marie (Nick) Wells of Newark, Ann Puryear (William Brooks) of Vooris, NJ; several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be observed one hour before services at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Bethel Rock House of Prayer, 219 E. Main Street, Newark, Ohio 43055-6220.
